The 2015 Gabr Fellowship: A Transformative Opportunity

I am thrilled to announce that I have been awarded the 2015 Gabr Fellowship! This prestigious program represents a unique opportunity to bridge cultural divides and foster international understanding through direct engagement and meaningful projects. As one of only 20 selected fellows, I am honored to be part of this transformative experience.

Program Structure and Goals

The fellowship is structured in two distinct phases:

  1. Cultural Exchange Phase: Six weeks of immersive travel through Egypt and the United States
    • Direct engagement with leaders across sectors
    • Cultural immersion and dialogue
    • Building international networks
    • Understanding diverse perspectives
  2. Implementation Phase: Six months to develop and execute meaningful projects in Egypt
    • Collaborative project development
    • Community impact initiatives
    • Sustainable development goals
    • Cross-cultural partnerships

The program brings together twenty emerging leaders from diverse professional backgrounds:

  • 10 fellows from Egypt
  • 9 fellows from America
  • 1 fellow from England
